Recipes | Laurel's Banana Bread
Separate 3 eggs
In bowl, sift and set aside:
1
¼ cup Laurel’s Baking Flour Mix
1 ½ tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp gelatin
1 tsp xanthan gum
In separate bowl, beat 3 egg whites.
In third bowl, combine:
1/3-cup butter or shortening
1 tsp vanilla
3 egg yolks
4 tbsp sour cream
2 mashed bananas
Beat butter, sugar and egg yolks, add sour cream and bananas.
Stir in dry ingredients, fold in egg whites. Pour into loaf pan that is either slightly greased or the bottom-lined with parchment paper.
Bake 350 for 1 hour, cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
