Starting Sunday, Nov 8, 2009, the Cruise In Country Diner will have a gluten-free burger bun to go with their amazing burgers.  Terry and Nancy (your hosts) have come up with a wonderful menu with a dedicated fryer for the gluten-free home made fries.  These are hand cut potatoes, not fries out of a freezer.

As you can see at http://www.cruiseincountry.com/Homepage.html :

We are a terrific new restaurant, with the classic feel of the 50-60’s complete with the
classic car decor of the era.

We serve burgers & homemade fries, shakes & salads as well as local beer & wine. Check out http://www.cruiseincountry.com/Our_Menu.html for the complete menu.

As much as we can offer you, our food is natural and organic with really wonderful taste.

  • Our beef & buffalo are all grass fed
  • Buns are organic, baked by NatureBake/Dave’s Killer Bread
  • We serve organic coffee from Longbottom Coffee
  • and many more local providers of quality food.

Open for lunch & dinner!
Winter Hours:  Wednesday-Sunday 11am-9pm.
    (We’re closed Monday and Tuesday.)

This place is wonderful. I found out about their GF buns and made a beeline out to check them out. Yummy yummy burgers as well as GF beer. But my favorite, along with my yummy burger and GF fries, is the rootbeer. They have a local homemade rootbeer that is fantastic. This will be my summer hangout for sure.

I discovered this restaurant recently and really appreciated the great tasting gluten free food. The atmosphere is also very pleasant and friendly. I’m sure my family and I will be returning in the future.
