You will need eggs and shortening (butter or margarine) to make this mix. Ingredients: pure cane sugar, white rice flour, sorghum flour, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), baking soda, vanilla powder (natural vanilla bean extractives, evaporated cane juice, silica, cellulose), xanthan gum.
