Follow recipe for Laurel's Pancakes on Pancake and Waffle Mix package. Thin pancakes with extra milk or non dairy substitute.

Spray a skillet with non stick spray. Pour a thin layer of pancake mix into the pan and cook until set. Carefully flip crepe over and cook a few more minutes.

Cool for dessert and fruit crepes, serve hot with savory appetizer fillings.
