1 pkg Dinner Roll Mix or Banzo Bread Mix
1 egg per serving
Bake the bread according to the directions on the package. Cut the bread in 1/4”
slices. Butter both sides of the bread. Cut a hole in the center of the bread
the size of an egg yolk.
Heat a skillet on medium heat. Place the bread in the hot skillet. Crack an egg
in the center of the hole. Cook until the yolk starts to set up. Flip bread over
gently. Cook until yolk is soft.
