Recipes | Laurel's Poppy Seed Muffins

1 pkg (30 oz) Cameron’s vanilla cake mix
1/2 cup poppy seeds

To add more flavor to the poppy seeds, heat a dry skillet over medium heat and cook the seeds (while stirring constantly)

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Add poppy seeds to cake mix and spoon into cupcake wrappers in muffin pans.

Bake for 18—24 minutes in a 350F oven or until the tops bounce back when touched.
