Light and fluffy pancakes and waffles. Mix in eggs, milk (or non-dairy liquid) and oil (or melted butter/marg). Freeze the extras and pop them in the toaster for those mornings without a lot of time. Use two pancakes for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
